When submitting content to the Site (such as podcast listings, photos, videos, public comments), you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
You grant CWPN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your contributed content on the Site and in marketing materials promoting CWPN, subject to our Privacy Policy.
